- 5500 Summary Annual Report - This is a summary of the annual
report for the AMERICAN MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES INC. PROFIT SHARING
401K PLAN, Plan No. 301, for period January 1, 2005 through December
31, 2005. It is available for review by all interested
parties. The annual report has been filed with the Employee Benefits
Security Administration, U.S. department of Labor, as requires under
the Employee Income Retirement Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) -
